1. Wheel system

A. Pump regularly (once a week, or before each ride).

B. Check the tire pressure and keep it at the right pressure (once a week, or before each ride).

2. Brake system

3. Transmission system

A. Chain cleaning (once a week, or after each ride).

To maintain the chain of your bike, it is important to lubricate it occasionally and wipe off any excess oil. This should be done once a week or after every 100-200 km ride.

 

It is recommended to measure the tensile value of the chain either once every 1000 km or once a month to ensure optimal performance. Regular checks will ensure that the chain is functioning properly and will also help identify any potential issues that may arise. Checking the tensile value will help determine if the chain is experiencing any wear and tear, allowing for timely maintenance and replacement. Therefore, it is crucial to include this step in the chain maintenance routine.

 


4. Frame body

A. Clean the front fork of the frame (once a week, or after each ride).

Inspect the frame on a monthly basis to ensure that it is free of any cracks, signs of trauma or corrosion.

An annual inspection for maintenance is necessary for the head bowl and bowl. This involves a thorough examination of the parts to ensure they are in good condition and functioning properly.
